The property reserves the full right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, overbooking, maintenance requirements, or other operational reasons. In such cases, guests will be notified as soon as possible.
Guests will be informed via phone and/or email regarding any cancellation initiated by the property. While the property may assist in arranging alternative accommodation, such arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The property shall not be held liable for any additional expenses, losses, damages, or claims arising from the cancellation of a reservation.
In the event that the property cancels a confirmed booking, guests will be entitled to a full refund of any payments received, unless the cancellation is necessitated by a breach of the property’s policies by the guest.
The property reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government regulations, civil disturbances, strikes, or other force majeure events, without incurring any liability.
Pet Policy-
The hotel management reserves right to allow pets. . Except Canines & Felines, no other animals are permitted on property as “pets”. We allow pets to check-in only with prior reservation. Pets are allowed only in a particular section of rooms to restrict their movement in public areas. Your pet should not weigh more than 35 kg. Pets exceeding the weight limit may be accepted on hotel management’s discretion. Please check with hotel in advance. Aggressive breed of canines and breeds banned such as Rot willer, Pit bull etc are not allowed. Maximum of one pets allowed per room. A charge of INR 1000/- (per pet per day) applies as “Deep cleaning fee” and shall be added to guest invoice upon departure.
